Stating thay one have to have a certain mind or being spiritual to understand certain things is not logical. They just use it to avoid being confronted with facts.

If you discuss with persons like that, you have to be very specific in details. Either the society has been wrong on publiching dates, or they heve not. It's not depending on your belief.

How long does it take to get reinstated ?

i was think about getting reinstated, and then do a fade right after because of family ties..

It is very different...if you were DF'ed for an sexual affair, it would not take more that a year. But if you were DF'ed for apostacy.....it can take very very long time. Most BOE's are sceptic towards reinstating "apostates". You will be questioned again and again on your beliefs and how you regard the society and the GB.

Elder and MS Extortion!

the elders and ministerial servants at my hall were asked to attend a strange meeting last night.

the society is asking for our help to raise $10,200.

they are seeking to raise this money in april from elders and ministerial servants in our circuit only.

This could be a start for an investigation.

hey everyone, a couple people were asking about the november 5th, 2017 reference in the last hitler as the leader of the watchtower parody video so i figured i'd swing by and post a link to the latest recruitment video for the vast apostate army.. all my other videos are for my daughter and to help her if she ever questions religion (or jws specifically), this one however is for me.

i always get a really big grin on my face when dustin talks about the vast apostate army and i really just want to set him off for a few videos.

Differences Between JWs in the US and Europe

there are many cultural differences between the general population of the us and europe, what about jws?

i have heard about such things as beards being allowed, movies that a jw cant watch in the us or would be frowned upon watching being ok, same with tv shows, and even the way they dress in public.

seems more laid back over there if this is true.. any truth to this?

I have never seen beards on any brother in Sweden or Finland. But I think Denmark is i bit more liberal with facial hair.
